No Spam Policy
- We take our role seriously in protecting our customers and the general public from nuisances such as "spam". Any account found to be spamming other websites or sending emails without permission from the recipients may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- The transmission of spam, including the transmission of counterfeit e-mail, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender, under various federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
- Customer agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify us from any harm or damages whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from their engaging in any spamming practices.
- Customers are not allowed to send more than 400 emails per hour per domain.
